• SearchAPI.io — used to retrieve hotel listings from Google Hotels in real time. Your destination and dates are sent to this service to fetch results.
• Email delivery provider — used to send your PDF confirmation to your email address.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

5. Data retention

We retain your order information — including your email address, traveler names, destination, and dates — for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with our legal obligations, typically no longer than 2 years from the date of your order.
