Refund Policy

Our general policy

HotelForVisa provides digital documents that are generated and delivered by email immediately upon payment confirmation. Because our service is fulfilled instantly and digitally, all sales are generally non-refundable once your reservation PDF has been delivered.

We want to be fair to our customers. We review each request on a case-by-case basis, and we do issue refunds in the circumstances described below.

When you are eligible for a refund

You may request a full refund in any of the following situations:

  • Technical failure — your PDF was not delivered to your email address within 30 minutes of payment and we are unable to resend it successfully.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
  • Incorrect document — your document contained a material error (wrong hotel, wrong dates, or wrong traveler name) that was caused by a fault in our system, not by information you entered incorrectly.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after your document has been delivered.
  • Visa application refusal — visa decisions are made solely by government authorities and are outside our control.
  • Incorrectly entered traveler names, dates, or destination — please review your order carefully before payment.
  • Documents that were delivered correctly but you no longer need.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@hotelforvisa.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your order reference number (included in your confirmation email).
  • The email address you used when placing the order.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Partial refunds

In cases where a document was partially delivered or contained a minor correctable error, we may offer a partial refund or a complimentary replacement document at our discretion.

Document corrections

If you entered incorrect information at checkout (such as a misspelled traveler name or wrong dates), we may be able to issue a corrected document for a small reprocessing fee rather than a full refund and new purchase. Contact us at support@hotelforvisa.com and we will advise on the best option.
