HotelForVisa provides digital documents that are generated and delivered by email immediately upon payment confirmation. Because our service is fulfilled instantly and digitally, all sales are generally non-refundable once your reservation PDF has been delivered.
We want to be fair to our customers. We review each request on a case-by-case basis, and we do issue refunds in the circumstances described below.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
In cases where a document was partially delivered or contained a minor correctable error, we may offer a partial refund or a complimentary replacement document at our discretion.
If you entered incorrect information at checkout (such as a misspelled traveler name or wrong dates), we may be able to issue a corrected document for a small reprocessing fee rather than a full refund and new purchase. Contact us at support@hotelforvisa.com and we will advise on the best option.
