HotelForVisa (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website hotelforvisa.com and provides hotel reservation documents intended for use in visa applications. We are not a hotel booking platform, a travel agent, or a guarantor of hotel stays.

HotelForVisa generates a professional PDF hotel reservation confirmation that includes the hotel name, address, your traveler details, check-in and check-out dates, and a unique confirmation reference number. This document is designed to satisfy the proof-of-accommodation requirement common in visa applications worldwide.

Visa decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. We make no representation that our documents will be accepted in any specific application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Our service fee is $12 USD for one traveler, plus $5 USD for each additional traveler on the same reservation document. Prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of all fees we charge.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By submitting an order you authorise the charge for the amount displayed at checkout.
Once payment is confirmed, your reservation PDF is generated and sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at time of purchase.
Because our documents are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. Please review our full Refund Policy for the specific circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
